Checking Your Order Status

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation message with a link to your order's status page. Online order status information is available at all times via this link.

Be sure to check your spam or trash folders if you did not receive an order confirmation email.

Your order has been received, and will be reviewed within 1 business day.

The following item types will not ship until completed by our jewelers, and will show "Thank You" status on the order status page until shipment.

An item which is being crafted to order. 

An item with a delayed shipment time, this will be clearly noted on the item page, if applicable. 

A ring which includes optional ring resizing. For orders which include ring sizing, allow 3-6 additional business days after the first business day your order was received before your order will be complete and ready to ship.

Your order has shipped! You will have received a shipment confirmation email message, with your tracking number information to the email address you provided with your order.



Your order is in your area and will be delivered shortly, usually same day.
