We take great pride in offering exquisite fine jewelry to celebrate life's most special moments. All jewelry is inspected prior to shipment and is guaranteed to be as described, made of genuine precious metals and gemstones, and of high quality and value.

For items over $500, we provide a free 1-Year Warranty that protects the craftsmanship of your jewelry against manufacturing flaws, so you can be confident in your purchase now and in the future.

Regardless of original cost, if you have damaged your item, or if it requires refurbishment due to normal wear and tear (and if it can be fixed), please contact us to discuss repair options. If your item is repairable, our skilled jewelers will gladly repair it at our wholesale cost plus return shipping fees.

All warranty repairs are contingent on inspection and sole determination of condition by our jewelers.

Our warranty is valid only at Faith Celebrations, and does not cover loss of gemstones or gemstone replacement, excessive wear and tear, accidental mistreatment, loss, and/or theft. This warranty excludes neckchains, bracelets, or any items with chain links in the design. If you are considering an item and are unsure if it would be eligible for future warranty coverage, please feel free to contact us before purchasing.

As improper repair can compromise the integrity of a jewelry item, any alterations to an item by a jeweler other than Faith Celebrations, or repair service conducted by anyone other than Faith Celebrations will void your warranty.

Faith Celebrations disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of any item, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
